We love building great software. Our family also own storage facilities.

As our family's facilities grew, the manual admin became too much. From onboarding new tenants to chasing payments from existing tenants, the monthly admin was overwhelming. We needed to find a solution to help with onboarding new tenants and automating the existing customers monthly admin & rent payments.

We searched the market for existing solutions but they were overly complex, requiring consultants to set up and the software often didn't even do the simple things well. The websites were slow, outdated in design, lacked structured data for SEO and the booking forms didn't provide a great customer experience. They also came with expensive setup fees, costly monthly software fees and high credit card processing fees, some even going up to 3%!

We decided to build our own. We prioritised the following:
